Quick Release Coupling
Quick release coupling is a mechanical device used for frequent connection and disconnection of fluid lines.
The double shut off coupling is with built in poppet valve in both coupling halves.
When coupling is discounnected the residual fluid is prevented from spill over.
Once connected, it provides leak proof connection in seconds, without use of tools.
Use of quick coupling in the system reduces the down time.
Quick coupling is available in different size and material varient to meet application demand.
Breakaway Coupling
Breakaway couplers also allow rapid removal of the mobile tankage in emergencies. The safety breakaway coupling is the "weak link" in your process flow, designed to pull apart, close both ends of the flow path, and then can easily be put back together to continue operation.

Emergency Release Coupling
Emergency Release Couplings offer a release collar mechanism that resists operating loads via a cable or hydraulic system.
A Dual release system utilizing both cable and hydraulic methods is also an option.
The Emergency Release System can be designed to your specific needs.
In an emergency, the valves close and the ERC separates.
This shuts off the downstream and upstream flows of media within the transfer system.
